Hi @Dinesh_p9cs
There is no specific topics for interview. Now the trend has been changed, its totally depend on the other person. What you mentioned in CV that you must know. along this
SN basic
Script - CS/ SC, BR and script include
SLA
Flow yes very important
It can be scenario based as well.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

@Dinesh_p9cs Since you didn't mention anything about your Job profile (a process consultant, BA or a developer). I am assuming you are asking this question for a developer role in ServiceNow.
The interviewer may ask questions on the following topics.
1. Questions on ServiceNow Administration
2. ServiceNow fundamentals
3. Questions on basic ServiceNow scripting
4. Customisation Vs configuration
5 Client script, Business rule, UI Policy/Data policy, Script include, Widget, Service Portal etc.
6. Process knowledge of Incident/Problem/Change Process
7. Notification, SLAs etc.
8. Tables, Fields ACL Roles etc.
Hope this helps.
