While using the Guided Application Creator (GAC) to create a table in Lab 3.2 in the Application Development Fundamentals - San Diego on demand training course I do not see the 'Continue' button (see the image below). I am using the instance created within the on demand course but I cannot go any further per the Lab instructions. Is there a problem using the lab instance?
Any ideas or suggestions?
