HIWAVE learning credits

I'm trying to use learning credits for on-demand courses. My employer is a HIWAVE customer, so I'm told that to connect my account to my employer and utilize learning credits, I need to follow the steps in this KBA https://training.service-now.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0014291 however, my account does not have permission to view the KBA.

 

What do I do now?

Yeah, even I can't access the KB, and I have a partner training admin role linked to my SN account! You will need to go back to whoever gave you the KB link - or whoever runs SN training at your org - and tell them you need more info.

Thanks. The link is on a page on the nowlearning site. You'd think that if I have the correct permissions to view the page, I would automatically have the correct permissions to view the contents of a link on that page. 😕

Hi @Karla Chorny - Great, creating a case is a good idea. Just be aware it may take several days to get a response, but you can be confident they will solve the issue eventually.

My manager is our learning credits manager (or whatever they call it), so he has requested adding me to our account.
