Impossible to complete course: "Flow Designer: Introduction"

Hello,

I'm trying to get my first certification in the ServiceNow regime, but i have severe troubles doing so.

I the "Flow Designer: Introduction" course, lesson 3 of 5: "Accessing Flow Designer" i follow the instructions in the instance provided to me by ServiceNow, but the screen im presented with does not resemble the screen in the course. Additionally, there is no button, text or anything that says "Create Application File", which is instructed by the course. I already contacted ServiceNow support team, but it seems it can take weeks for them to do something about it.

I am writing here as a frustrated beginner, in the hope that something can be done to circumvent this, so i can continue my work. Any advice welcome.

Create Application file you will get it in the studio.

Thanks for the quick reply!

It seems we're on the right path, but not nearly. When i open the Studio, there is a popup that i can't get away from. I see the "Create Application File" button in the background!

When i search/filter in the popup, as seen in the attached picture, for "Flow" there are no results, unfortunately.
