HIWAVE learning credits

I'm trying to use learning credits for on-demand courses. My employer is a HIWAVE customer, so I'm told that to connect my account to my employer and utilize learning credits, I need to follow the steps in this KBA https://training.service-now.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0014291 however, my account does not have permission to view the KBA.

What do I do now?

Hi Karla, I also ran into the same permissions issue with that KB.

I ended up finding this KB below which I had access to and should have the information you need.
