Hello,
So I new to ServiceNow. Currently studying the Admin(CSA) track.
The study habit that work best for me it block out and schedule a study time on my calendar. The only thing is trying to figure out how many study hours in a training are in days. I had the option to take an SNAF 3 day class or 20hours self study course. By taking the latter I was able to split it up to 5 four study days. When in the system admin paths it has 3 days 10hrs, and 1 day 21hrs training time.
So what confuses me is whether in the path does 8hrs or 24 hrs. training make a full day?
Solved! Go to Solution.

Greetings!!
It depends on you that you consider 1 day = 24 hr or 1 day = 8 hrs. but from experience, if you spend 3-4 hrs with full dedication it is good to clear the exam. Dont put much stress, as you are learning new terms and stuff. after 3- 4 hrs, spend 20-30 mins to just check your notes and done for day.
Please mark my answer helpful /accept solution if it serves the purpose.
