How to claim servicenow CSA voucher.

Hello All,

I have a ServiceNow CSA exam voucher. Whenever I am trying to claim it it is redirecting to me to a page where it is asking me to pay and begin.

Things I have done till now- 
1) Created created Webassessor account. 

- But my Webassessor showing blank , when trying to update and save, it gives me error- "Please wait 24 to 36 hours to link your new Webassessor account. Kindly verify you are attempting to link your Webassessor email address and not your Webassessor login name. If you are unable to link after 36 hours, please open a case and we will follow up" 
even though I have never linked any account in the past, It is still showing blank.

I have tried all possible steps, articles but no help. Can somebody please guide me step by step to fix this and help me claim my voucher in scheduling the exam.

Hi @AdarshS13740104 , 

Seems like you have completed SN Fundamental course for CSA exam voucher using you personal login account, if that is the case then, course is free, and voucher is paid. You can claim via paying the said $ amount till the validity date.

Regarding your webassessor account, you have to wait. Also there is change under plan to move all mainline exam from Webassessor to Pearson. Refer the below post.

Thank you. But I have used my work account also my webassessor account in linked now, still it is asking me to pay.

Hi @AdarshS13740104 ,

I guess your mail id is not linked on webassessor account. 

To link your email to Webassessor in ServiceNow, log in to your ServiceNow University account, navigate to My University > Webassessor email address, select Edit, enter your primary Webassessor email address, and click Save. You must then verify this account by clicking the confirmation link sent to your Webassessor email address within 24 hours to complete the process. 

Once you are done with linking then you can try to claim it again but Be informed that Novemeber onwards webassessor is moving out and Perason will be the exam partner, Please find detaisl here:-

Quick update: My webassessor account is linked now, but it is asking me to pay whenever I'm trying claim my voucher. Things I have done till now:
1)completed the required course.(with my work account)
2)Webassessor account is linked with the same one.
3)I work for a Servicenow Partnered organisation/company.
