How to Download On Demand Training Certificate

Hi,

I have completed the ServiceNow Administration on demand training. How can I download the training completion certificate?

My Course Certifications shows (0). I can see the training completion badge but I want to download certification.

The tab only shows Instructor-led and Virtual Instructor-led trainings. (ILT and VILT). On Demand trainings are not included.

Hi,

For certification you need to clear the CSA exam. After completion of course you will receive the voucher for the CSA exam.

please hit the thumb icon and mark as correct answer.
