Hi Community,
I'm planning for CIS -ITSM certifications this week. My concern is that I have completed Vancouver version course & need to pay for it in order to get the voucher. But as we know Xanadu version has been released so can I still use the same (Vancouver release) voucher for CIS-ITSM?
If yes, then my another concern is how would I get to know about the new features introduced in Washington/Xanadu version. I'm worried about if there are new questions from these releases then it would definitely affect my passing probability in exam.
Please help me with it.
Thanks in advance!

Okay, but again there's not much to worry about. If any questions would change at all, then at most it would 5 out of 60. So definitely that not all the content is turned upside down 😁
Kind regards,
