How to transfer certificates from office mail ID to Personal mail ID?
How many days it will take to transfer the certificates?

Hi @Admin7267 ,

You don't need to send an email to anyone and it takes seconds to trasfer if you can access your office/Company's Now Learning. Provided the webassessor email address is same on both the accounts.

What you have to do is Login to your Company's Now learning Portal,

Click on My profile:

Under My preferences, click on Webassessor Emial address:

Then Edit and remove the email address to unlink and make it blank:

Repeat the same by logging into your personal No learning account, just link/add your Webassessor email address here.

Raise request from your new account and put your old email id in SN case to move to new account.

I followed the steps you mentioned to transfer my certifications but with this process, only my CSA global certificate was transferred not my other micro certificates. How can I transfer my Micro certifications as well ?
