Are you after Snow or ServiceNow? Both are not the same.

Asking because you are mentioning Snow, though this is the ServiceNow community.

sorry, at our company, we usually use SNOW for short of ServiceNow

 A lot of people at my company who aren't heavily involved with it use "SNOW" too.  But I know that's another company so I try to use SN or spell it out.   : )

Also, we are doing the CMDB Fundamentals training on the Now Learning site.  It was offered free about a year ago - we missed the initial deadline but got our SN rep to open it back up to give us access.
