i am assigned as business analyst role recently, any suggestion on SNOW study? my previous experience of SNOW was just user at ITSM but now need to cover ITBM, APM and etc.

Okay, then you should start with nowlearning experience that ServiceNow provide.

Below is the link for the same -

Now Learning - https://nowlearning.service-now.com/lxp

 Search for ServiceNow Certified System Administrator course and enroll in it. You will get all the learning experience from scratch (including videos tutorials, PDF content, Question Answer forum).

 

Once you complete this course you will get additional code by which you can use it to pass the admin exam too.

 

Note - You need to first complete the pre requisite courses before ServiceNow Certified System Administrator course.
