I am getting error while adding webassessor account to now profile.

"Please wait 24 to 36 hours to link your new Webassessor account. Kindly verify you are attempting to link your Webassessor email address and not your Webassessor login name. If you are unable to link after 36 hours, please open a case and we will follow up."

I am using same email id for both webassessor and now profile. I have created my webassessor account four days ago.

Hi,

please raise a ticket in the Now Learning portal. 

That community is mainly driven by users which are not working for ServiceNow and thus cannot help you.
