Hi,
This Task seems very straightforward. The first step is "Using CI Class Manager, configure the following recommended fields for the Server class: Location, Owned by and Support Group". I did this and have confirmed it is configured correctly multiple times.
The next step is to execute the CMDB Health Dashboard - Completeness Scorecard job. I executed the job. That entails opening it and clicking the Execute button. Again, straightforward.
My issue comes in the next step which states "From the CMDB Group Health Dashboard, verify the Recommended metric displays in red and that 110 of 146 CIs in the group are missing one or more of the recommended fields." Well, there was no CMDB Group Health Dashboard. I created a CMDB Group Dashboard, Specified the Server class and added the above conditions (Location, Owned by and Support Group are empty), Maybe this is incorrect? My numbers are not matching the ones above and I can't figure out what I may have done incorrectly.
I have attached two screenshots. One is of the Recommended Fields that I set as stated above, and the second is of the CMDB Group Completeness Scorecard group I created. Can someone provide me with some guidance about what may be incorrect? Thank you!

i have also troubles with this task. i have everything done but at the end i have the following message:
Did you execute the scheduled job for Completeness to update the dashboard? Your results should matc...
from my point of view, everything is configured correctly and i have run the job several times. but i still keep getting this message.
I also get the same message for tasks 6 and 13, asking if I have executed the job. and yes, I have.
What else can I check or do?
