I am unable to see Voucher after completing ITSM and HRSD.

I have Completed the Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) Implementation on Demand (Xanadu) and IT Service Management (ITSM) Implementation on Demand (Xanadu), But unable to see both Vouchers. Provide me Voucher as soon as possible.

Hi @PratikK43752831,

 

On completion of both on demand courses, you become eligible for the CIS exams. You need to buy the vouchers or ask your employer to release Learning Credits for buying vouchers if you are using company account.
