Select the Details panel, and change the chart name to, "Open Incidents by Priority".
This option is not listed anywhere.
How to go to Display Name?
Please share the steps with screenshots.
There is no Display Panel or chart name:
Only Chart title option is there.

Here is final solution how I resolved it. Thanks for all for giving it a try.
The "Details Panel" can be opened through the button on right as highlighted below:
