I guess free vouchers were valid till July.

But if your company is partner with ServiceNow please check if it is still available.

Please contact the ServiceNow account manager of your company for better help

Hi Rohit

I don't think there are anymore free vouchers for mainline exams. I'll suggest you check out the free ServiceNow Fundamentals course on NowLearning and see if it says anything. Judging from ServiceNow Certification Program FAQ Updated August 28th, 2020 you'll have to purchase the voucher

Hello Rohit,

If you are employed by a ServiceNow partner, you will get a free voucher provided you take virtual or in-person CSA pre- req course training with an online instructor. Other side, if you take an on-demand course, you have to pay for the exam.
