I can't register Webassessor ServiceNow account

So I have to link Webassessor account in order to take the exam. I tried to create an account, I click save and it says "You are logged out, thank you for using Webassessor." There is no email notification that my account has been created or any confirmation at all. When I try to log in, it says incorrect login info.

What is going on? How do you guys sign up for Webassessor?

According to SN article, I should receive a message stating that it is successful after I create an account. However, it gives me "you are logged out" instead. I didn't even log in to begin with. What is wrong with this website?

The signup form is poorly designed to begin with. It doesn't even check if the password and re-enter password are matched.

I have been waiting for more than 40 hours now, however, my I am still getting the same message that I need to wait for 24-36 hours to link my web assessor  account. Please help.

Hi @JKTurner ,

Yes, wait for 36 hours. 

If you are unable to link after 36 hours then create case from now learning account and wait for  response.

I have also raised a case with service now but its severity low case. Would they act on it promptly as it urgent for me to access the voucher.

Hi Anit,

I was facing the same issue, i raised a Support case on 21st Feb 2024 and they acted to link my Now Learning account and Webassessor account in 2 days, i got my case resolved on 23th Feb2024.
You cannot raise the priority directly from the ticket , however you can put an update on the comments section of your case to elevate the priority of the ticket.
