Hello,
I successfully passed the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator exam On 25 May 2017.
However, I haven't received the pass certificate yet.
As I am expected to provide the certificate to my manager, could you please let me know if there is an issue with this?
The proctor told me that it usually takes a day or two for your team to send the certificate via email.

Please check in your junk folder else you try dropping an email to training@servicenow.com
regarding your concern.

Did you get any response from training@servicenow. In my case, I got the certification but its blank there is no name, date or certification id present in the received one. I have also sent mail But no replu till now
