I didn't receive my certificate

Hello,

I successfully passed the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator exam On 25 May 2017.

However, I haven't received the pass certificate yet.
As I am expected to provide the certificate to my manager, could you please let me know if there is an issue with this?
The proctor told me that it usually takes a day or two for your team to send the certificate via email.

I agree - I found training@servicenow.com to be very unresponsive. It seems to me that ServiceNow should be eating their own dog food and thinking about creating a portal for end users to help themselves! The idea that I have to email someone to get my certifications seems rather silly! The reality that SN doesn't monitor the email box well is just frustrating!
