I have an upcoming CSA exam this Saturday and I'm trying to prep for it. I already have the blueprint exam, but I wonder if these two links are still recommended to learn from?

I have this practice exam: https://www.classmarker.com/online-test/start/

And also this Quizlet from Deloitte Dill: https://quizlet.com/Deloitte_Dill

Are they still recommended to learn from or are they outdated? Any other advice would also be appreciated as well.

Thanks!

In short: yes. I used Deliotte Dill to study extensively, and was able to pass my CSA with 2 weeks of ServiceNow Experience.  The information contained in those is pretty accurate and useful. That was by far the best resource I found. Also, the book from the Fundamentals course is an invaluable resource. Go through section by section (with Deloitte Dill's flashcards, as he made them mirror the sections of the book) and read the section and then attempt the flashcards. Keep trying until you remember everything you possibly can.

As for classmarker, that test was of little help to me personally. I found a few questions to be flat-out incorrect, and the wording to be needlessly obtuse. There are some useful questions, but know what you are seeing is not 100 percent accurate. The same goes for the Udemy exams.

Your mileage may vary of course, as everyone has different experiences. I was super nervous before my exam, and it ended up not being bad at all. You can do it!

Cheers

Hi,

In order to take the CSA exam, you'd need to have a voucher. That voucher is given from the fundamentals class...whether virtual, in-person or self-study, but the point is, you've taken a course, correct? So that is the ultimate piece of training resource to consider...look at your book, etc. Beyond searching the forums here and using resources, you should be in good shape if you've been using ServiceNow for 3-6 months...

Given that you scheduled this exam and it's set to occur in 4 days from now, you must feel ready?

I guess I'm just not understanding that if you did all that and scheduled your exam, why ask 4 days before the exam if those are good materials to still study or not?

Thank you for the insight Brandon! I have my exam scheduled for October so this is good information to have.
