Hello,
I'm trying to get my first certification in the ServiceNow regime, but i have severe troubles doing so.
I the "Flow Designer: Introduction" course, lesson 3 of 5: "Accessing Flow Designer" i follow the instructions in the instance provided to me by ServiceNow, but the screen im presented with does not resemble the screen in the course. Additionally, there is no button, text or anything that says "Create Application File", which is instructed by the course. I already contacted ServiceNow support team, but it seems it can take weeks for them to do something about it.
I am writing here as a frustrated beginner, in the hope that something can be done to circumvent this, so i can continue my work. Any advice welcome.

When you open "Studio" you have the popup window for "Select Application".
You first need to select one of these applications in this open window.
Then you will be able to select the Create Application File which I have highlighted by the red arrow in the attached picture.
Please mark this response as correct or helpful if it assisted you with your question.

Hello Joel,
Thanks for your reply. My problem is that this is not part of the instructions in the course. Furthermore, i'm not sure what application i am to select, to continue with my course. Please see my reply to another comment for screenshots of the instructions

Hi Strux, There is application in Studio with naming 'Flow'. In order for you to practice flow designer you can either user Flow Designer option from 'All' where you can select any table and apply flows (or) through Studio application where you will have to first select any application or create Needit Application [link provided below] and create a branch and then select 'Flow' from Create Application File option. These flows will be specific to the application you have selected.
