I have completed my CSA exam and I want to learn ITSM, ITOM and HRSD courses.

Need advice on where to start from to get this knowledge and understanding, pls help.

Hi @priyamonteiro ,

ITSM, ITOM and HRSD is very different from each other, hence I would recommend you to start with the one you find most interesting and then due the training, have some hands one experience at a client whereafter you can take the exam. 

to just study all 3 areas and take the exams won’t benefit your learning in the long run, but more be a caste of time.

Be excellent of some things instead of being somewhat good at all things.
