Hi All,

I have completed my CSA exam and I want to learn ITSM, ITOM and HRSD courses.

Need advice on where to start from to get this knowledge and understanding, pls help.

Hi @priyamonteiro ,

Yeah, sure. I would recommend you to start with ITSM (the CIS-ITSM). The reason for this is, that ITSM is one of the oldest core products of ServiceNow. ITOM is much harder to study from my opinion, and HR is more a business process.
