am unable find profile url plz help

You can access your Profile directly through the View Profile link on ServiceNow University home page when you login. Alternatively you can also access it using 'ServiceNow resume' link available under My University Account tab.

Click on 'about me' - User ID or 'share resume' and copy the link and it should accept in the ServiceNow University Learner Profile URL.
