regarding login issue

hey hi , i am not getting otp while i am logging to servicenow learning . it is not working from past week.

I was able to get it without any issues. Not sure if it is a regional issue. An alternative option is to use other form of authentication (Email authentication on that page) until you can get the phone verification working.

actually, i have only option to send otp to mail 

i cant get on my mail

If you have another method where OTP is working [ email or sms ], try logging in and submit a case with now learning help center

If that is not an option, use 'Need assistance with sign in?' option and it would resolve your issue
