ITSM Implementation Simulator: Create a catalog item template (Step b)

Hello Team,

I'm performing the ITSM simulator task: Create a catalog item template.

I could create a service catalog successfully but on this task, I keep getting an error to available the template for All ACME Corporation employees:

I already referred to the following page but I could not find any hint to solve the task:
ITSM Implementation Simulator (Paris) - Task 26 - Create a catalog item 

Could you tell which options should I select to solve the task? 

Since there is no "ACME corporation employees" options I keep failing after several attempts to configure many combinations. 

I did not set anything on;

- Details

- Questions

- Settings

-Access

But the following parts are configured:

Location

Fulfillment

Override

I assume these configurations did not generate any error this time but please correct me if my assumption is wrong.

Hi @HisakoK 

It is a lab instance issue only, as you followed the process correctly. Sorry, there is another way. You can skip this task and move to the next one. As I said, if you complete 80% of the lab, you can submit the lab. The intention is to get familiar if it does not work due to lab issues, don't stress or spend too much time.

I ended hitting a roadblock with using the Recorder Producer.  I was still able to add "All ACME Corporation employees" to the Standard because I had already done suggestions to add it previously.  Sorry about the wrong information at 1st. I don't know how to edit my post so that's why I'm just replying to it. 

Use Standard

Template Details > Template available for 

click "Edit selected user criteria"

Then add All ACME Corporation employees
