SNPI - LDAP Server Setup validation issues

I am having a lot of trouble with one particular Simulator Task for ServiceNow Platform Implementation: SNPI - LDAP Server Setup

 

I have done exactly as the task asks, and am able to see everything I should if I do it right, but the validation fails. I have gone through it a number of times to make 100% sure i am doing all the instructions and all to works are exactly as requested, but it still saying I have failed. Halp please! 🙂 Am I missing something?

I had already checked all the links you have provided, but thank for you for provided 🙂 These are all for problems following the instructions - I am able to follow the instructions exactly.  Just to make sure i did follow the suggestion in https://www.servicenow.com/community/sysadmin-forum/snpi-ldap-server-setup/m-p/2999572 but if gave a me a new validation error, so i reverted.

I see the server status is green, which means there’s no issue with the connection.
It looks like it might be a data issue.

I’m not sure what the best solution is from here. You can log a Now Learning case, and the team will guide you.
