Hi all, 

 

Currently near enough finished this simulator for ITSM. I must be doing something silly, as it is not validating. Could some one help me please. As you can see i have created the categories. and also created the Catalog it has asked to do.  But some how i have managed to duplicate this because i am trying different methods of why it is not working. I am guessing. Consulting Practice should have the three categories underneath #itsm#

Shot in the dark -- try adding some items to the catalog perhaps? - just move items from the regular SC to Consulting
