Lab files for ITSM implementation.

Hi guys,

 

I'm trying to work on the Lab for ITSM implementation participant guide. Unfortunately, there is nowhere I could find the lab files. Is there anyone who had the same issues? 

Could anyone help with this?

Hi James,

The Lab files are not available publicly !!

When your course starts, you will get a course/lab instance that has all the necessary configurations and files that you need for the lab. Your PDI may not have everything that the lab book mentions/requires.
