Link or Merge two Service Now Accounts

I would like to link my personal now learning account and my company email now learning account. So that my certifications, badges and achievements are reflected in one place. I have already updated my web accessor account and changed my personal email address to my company's  email. There is no button that allows me to link accounts.

I'm trying to do the same. I have started courses, earned badges, and all my certs under my personal NowLearning account. Now that I am with a new company, I want to be able to use my company NowLearning account so that my company can pay for my exam fees and have my certs linked to their partner profile. When I linked my web assessor email to my company NowLearning profile, none of my 100+ course badges or micro certs came over -- only my 3 mainlines. This is incredibly frustrating as I have spent countless hours taking these courses. Is there any way to merge or transfer these 2 account together?

It appears that Account merge is available via Support - see attached. Having said that, the OP is asking where to expect all certifications.

There used to be a link accounts option before. I remember being able to still reach the button some weeks ago but nothing happened when I clicked it. Not that the link account options ever worked properly, I would still not see badges and achievements across the accounts. I had an idea in the idea portal about merging personal and work account that got some attention but since they removed the idea portal and placed it in the now portal I cannot find the post anymore. I don't know if there is any plans to work further on it.

 

My experience with ServiceNow is that they don't seem to understand why we want to have multiple accounts and they rather want you to have everything in one account (your work/partner account). I personally like to have all my achievements on an account with an email that is mine and not the company I work for, as well as connect those achievements to my personal community profile where I already have written posts and got points. However I need the company account for discounted delta exams and free On-Demand courses, so I have to do them at that account.

 

With all the hassle around trying to link accounts I think it's best to just ask support to move everything to your partner account. When you switch companies you ask them again. It's the only solution I have found working.

  • Go to the Now Learning account where you want all of your achievements to show
  • Log into Now Learning Portal
  • Go to your Profile
  • On the left navigation, scroll down to preferences
  • Update your Web Assessor Email Address there

All the mainline achievements will start showing up there.

P.S.- Micro Certifications are not linked with Web Assessor. They will only show on the (Now Learning) account from which they were obtained.
