Link or Merge two Service Now Accounts

I would like to link my personal now learning account and my company email now learning account. So that my certifications, badges and achievements are reflected in one place. I have already updated my web accessor account and changed my personal email address to my company's  email. There is no button that allows me to link accounts.

Hi,
I have two NOW Learning accounts. In one of them, I have cleared the CSA exam.
I merged both of my NOW Learning accounts. Will I get my CSA Certification in my current account?
Please clarify my doubt.

Better log a Now Learning case and team will move your certs to new id.

I logged into my current account, but I am unable to see my certificate. Is there a waiting period of 3-5 days for the certificate to show up, or is there something else I need to do to access it?
