Friends, the task instructions state that you select "Incident> All as seen below.
However, when I select "Incident> All" under the "service desk," and select the run filter "funnel", I do not see the above dialogue box. The one below is what I see. If I add the filters I can complete the task, but validation says, "Task Failed"
When I select "Incidents> All" under "Self-Service" then I see the dialogue box as mentioned in the task.
Again, when I validate the task upon completion it comes back failed. Am I missing something

Hi @AinsworthS
The instructions did not say you need to go under Self Service, and that is causing the issue. You need to create this condition yourself by searching in the condition builder.
