Looking for CSA Mock Exams and Voucher Discount Opportunities

Hi,

I am currently preparing for the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) exam and would appreciate your guidance.

I have a couple of questions:

1. Are there any reliable mock exams or practice tests that closely reflect the actual CSA exam? I am looking for legitimate resources that can help me assess my preparation.
2. Are there any current voucher discounts, promotional offers, student discounts, or community events that provide a reduced exam fee for the CSA certification?

I would appreciate any recommendations, official resources, or advice from those who have recently taken the exam.

Tips for the CSA Exam (Certified System Administrator)

CSA is the first and foundational exam in your ServiceNow journey. Here are some tips to help you prepare effectively:

• Study the training material thoroughly – Go through it line by line, word by word, at least 2–3 times.

• Practice the labs multiple times – Do each lab 3–4 times. Don’t just complete them; carefully read and understand the instructions as well.

• Follow the official eBook – Review it thoroughly at least 2–3 times to reinforce your understanding.

There is no voucher for a free attempt or any discount currently available. You will need to pay the full amount.

CSA TIPS:

• First complete  ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals  course from Servicenow University
• Practice all lab tasks in The given learning instance.
• Practice in your Personal Developer Instance (PDI)
• Practice mock questions with Correct Answer 
• Practice from ServiceNow university provided practice (if you have access) site : https://account.measureup.com/servicenow-university
• Check the syllabus from  Certified System Administrator (CSA) Mainline Exam Blueprint
• Practice a lot with mock questions .
• If anything left or you are struggling with answering practice test, Revisit the course content.
• Once you are confident ,  Schedule the exam and Go for it.

Note: Once registered, you have 90 days to schedule and complete your exam.

There no voucher concept anymore.

Note: if it is discount coupon(voucher in that sense) provided by your organization (Servicenow Partner company) , Talk to your organization/your project leadership.

As of late 2025, ServiceNow has replaced the Webassessor platform with  Pearson Vue and removed the traditional voucher system, rendering old or unused vouchers invalid.

Exam registration is now handled directly through Now Learning/Servicenow University, where you have to pay $300 + taxes, with exam eligibility valid for 90 days after completing training.

Hi @ChinchuSP 

If you multiple time go through the Administrator Fundamentals On-Demand course from ServiceNow University and if if you are concept is fully clear after practicing in lab instance/PDI - yes it is possible to clear the exam.

Still I will suggest you to practices mock questions with Correct Answer just to validate how much your concept is clear .

If you are unable to answer- visit the course again.
