Loop between SSO login and Now Learning Home Page

Hi Everyone,

 

I recently updated my now Learning account's email address and I got confirmation email that it has been updated.

 

I was able to login to PDI using new email ID but when I am trying to login into now Learning using new email ID, password, and MFA, it became loop between SSO login and Now Learning home page and was not allowing me to sign in.

 

I tried every method including cache clear and using different browser and different systems, but the issue persists. I have opened the incidents twice, but they are not giving suitable replies and closing it.

 

Please assist me on this issue as I need to complete some trainings and schedule exam.

Try using the Gmail account again
