LOst my Serivicenow Learning points after merging the account

Hi Team,
I have recently merge my account for servicenow learning whenre i had 19K+ points in m old account and 18k+ point in my another acccount when it merged it actually decrease the total point to be 15K points which is really weird and if it not get fixed how can i activate my old account.

Hi,
With your new active account raise a ticket using help center and share the details about the points. The support team should be able to provide you with the required support and updates from their end. Also do keep a note of the ticket ID for tracking purpose.

this is actually really frustrating issue for many of users .. servicenow should take the steps so our time should not waste in such small things..
