Make the list a favorite and name it My Incidents. Select a color and icon of your choice.

I am not able to make list a favorite. pls guide me

Go to incident table and apply filter to get list of incidents that you would like to see in favorites. Check and confirm list of records are displayed as per your requirements. Right click on list controls -> Create Favorite

Provide name as per requirements and click on more

Select icon and color and click on Save edits
