Missing certification ID for CAD

Hello Community Team,

I recently completed the ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification and successfully received my certificate. However, I noticed that my CAD certificate does not display a Certificate ID, whereas my ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certificate does include a Certificate ID.

I have confirmed that:

-My CAD certification status shows as Active in Now Learning

-The issue date is present

-The certificate PDF downloads correctly, but without a Certificate ID

I have also observed that some other candidates have Certificate IDs displayed for both CSA and CAD, which is why I wanted to seek clarification.

Could you please help confirm:

-Whether a Certificate ID is expected for the CAD certification, and

-If so, whether my CAD certificate can be regenerated to include the Certificate ID or

-If verification through the Now Learning public profile is the official and sufficient method for CAD certification validation

I would appreciate your guidance on this so I can correctly share and verify my certification with recruiters and employers.

Hi @SambaSivaC ,

Ideally the Certification number displays in the mainline certificates issued by ServiceNow unless otherwise it is a delta certification.

Just log into your ServiceNow University account and check under "My Achievement --> My Credentials", there it lists all your certification. Try and view or download your CAD Certificate. 
Also, if someone wants to verify your certification authenticity, they can go and verify the same in the partner portal by entering your name.  https://partnerportal.servicenow.com/partnerhome?id=verify_certificate

Hi @SambaSivaC 

After moving to Pearson VUE exams, certificate number doesn't come in this Pearson VUE, previously it used to come.

Same thing was reported by many people, so don't worry if certificate number is not present.
