Hi,
I have 7 years experience as a user of servicenow. I want to clear the ITSM - CIS certification. I failed the exam yesterday. Below are my scores.
1 - Incident Management: 66%
2 - Problem Management: 77%
3 - Change Management: 26%
4 - Service Portfolio Management: 66%
5 - Request Fulfillment: 46%
6 - Configuration Management Database: 100%
Can someone please help me how can I be better prepared next time for the exam?

I cleared my ITSM exam a year back; what I learned in the EBOOK is a single source of truth. Also, the labs in the ebook are equally important. So the advice is to go through the ebook 2-3 times, pick 1 chapter daily and revise.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Go back through the eBook, focusing particularly on the sections where you didn't score well, especially Change Management and Request Fulfillment.
Now that you have experienced the exam, and know what to expect, I'm sure you'll do fine next time, after a little more study.

Hello @Sudeep Modak1
Along with the ebook as simon mentioned, thoroughly go through CIS - ITSM course and prepare in the lab instance.
The course gives guided experience and there will be explanations for each questions in between.
Best wishes!
Kind Regards,
Ravi

Obviously from your score- anyone can see the weak areas - Change Management / Request Management so you need to focus more on these 2 topics..apart from rest of the topics.

Hi @Sudeep Modak1 ,
Based on the score you have posted, I would recommend you to go through the official training once again and focus on change management, request fulfillment and incident management. Based on this you should be able to pass the exam.
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as accepted solution and give a thumb up.
