Is your question about not being able to pay the fee, or is your NowLearning account on your old company's email and don't you have access anymore?
If it's the first, like already mentioned, reach out to support on NowLearning to try to get it extended, but I am not sure if they will do that. ServiceNow certificates are yours and not your company's and if your company is/was paying for them, that's something you are lucky with (independent contractors will have to pay for it themselves as well and from a ServiceNow point of view, they simply don't care who you work for).
If it's the latter, you need to create a new, personal ServiceNow account and check on NowLearning how to merge your new account with the old account, so your certificates are again on an account you have access to.
Please mark any helpful or correct solutions as such. That helps others find their solutions.

Mark-
Thank you. This is exactly the solution that worked. I opened a case with the NowLearning team and they merged my previous "employer" ID with my newer personal ID. Once that was done, I had access to my learning progress history, badges, etc and, most importantly, Webassessor access. Once logged in then, as expected, my CSA certification showed as 'At Risk' and so I proceeded to register for the delta exam and submit payment. Interestingly, the cost was $0 and not the $200 I expected. I assume the employer had already paid for it.
In any event, I renew my thanks to you.

Hi @HenriD
That's not the news we want for anyone in ServiceNow ecosystem.
Well, keep up your self motivation and keep on trying the opportunity you have around you. Hope you will make it through soon.
I echo with all suggestion to create a case with support team and ask for extension (if it's voucher expiration for certification.) If it's mainline certification expiration, then I believe you will have time by April 15, 2025, to get it renewed with Xanadu delta.
Suggest you to actively look for opportunity and if talent and luck favors within this time frame and then you can renew your certification with your employer access by using Learning Credits (LC) $200 Certification Maintenance Program (CMP) fee. Otherwise, you have to pay $200 and keep it updated (GO for it if you feel that adds a key value to your profile and make any significant difference)
Good Luck! Wish you the Best

Thank you all for the suggestions.
My NowLearning account is tied to my previous employer's email and so I no longer have access to it for authentication.
Per your suggestions, I opened a ticket with Support and am now awaiting their response. I asked them to reassign the login to my personal email and asked questions about the delta exam process, cost, etc. given that my cert expires this month.
I'll update this thread as it might seem useful information to any others with a similar plight.
