Is your question about not being able to pay the fee, or is your NowLearning account on your old company's email and don't you have access anymore?

If it's the first, like already mentioned, reach out to support on NowLearning to try to get it extended, but I am not sure if they will do that. ServiceNow certificates are yours and not your company's and if your company is/was paying for them, that's something you are lucky with (independent contractors will have to pay for it themselves as well and from a ServiceNow point of view, they simply don't care who you work for).

If it's the latter, you need to create a new, personal ServiceNow account and check on NowLearning how to merge your new account with the old account, so your certificates are again on an account you have access to.

Hi @HenriD ,

You could probably check with the support team by raising a case to see if you can get something for discounted prices.

I also suggest to reach out in the social media space to see if you get job opportunities in and around your location. There are a lot of hybrid and remote opportunities.

If you are in Europe, DM me in the community, i will share an opportunity i came across. you can probably try. All the best.

If my answer helped in any way, please mark it as Correct & 👍Helpful.

Hi @HenriD

Sorry to hear about this. You can always ask for an extension and it’s down to extenuating circumstances.

If you log a ticket with the nowlearning team in the Nowlearning Help Centre they may be able to help you.

Please mark as helpful or if it’s answered your question, CORRECT!

Hi @HenriD

I'm sorry to hear this, but we can't help much with renewing your certification. You have until April to pay this fee, so try to get a job so that you can afford it.
