Hi team,
I was attempting ServiceNow HRSD mainline exam on last December 2024, but due to some internet issue my external web camera got freeze in between the paper, and I got suspended from the exam after that I had raised a ticket seeking help and did not get any update till 2 month , but after that I got a reply from ServiceNow legal team that my account has been Terminated and all of the previous certificates has been revoked and won't be able to attempt any of the exam for 1 year starting from the termination day. I was awaited for retaining again since December 2024. Do anyone have faced similar issue for termination, If so then please help me to know that when exactly they will ending the suspension and are they really do it after 1 year. Also, will they retain all the previous certifications which revoked during the period. As per the legal team agreement we can re-register of exams until after 1 year. Your inputs would be greatly helpful as they revoked my all previous certification as well which I got offline by attending it on center places.

Hi @shivanipriy
Sorry to hear about your situation — I understand how disappointing it must feel when all that hard work goes to waste. However, as per policy, it has been terminated, and I don’t think anyone from the community can help much this case. As per policy you need to appear for all exam again. You’ll need to raise a case with the Now Learning team; they should be able to guide you further if there is any exception possible.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

"I don’t think anyone from the community can help in this case."
I beg to differ. @shivanipriy had some very specific questions about the situation and I would like to think the answer I provided was helpful.

Are you okay @Dr Atul G- LNG? I've read several replies from you recently where it seems you haven't taken the time to read the question properly.
"It might not be due to a recent change by the vendor" - I have no idea what that means or why it's relevant to the question. Something to do with Pearson VUE? If so how's it relevant.

Please reframe your language, mate. I respect your words, but you are touching the boundaries.
My two answers got mixed up, which caused the confusion."
