We are excited to announce the launch of our new Help Center Knowledge Base Portal in Now Learning.
Our design team has given the portal a makeover and added customized options that make it easy to navigate and match the look and feel of the Now Learning portal.
Now, all users can search the knowledge base to see if existing knowledge articles answer their questions before they submit a case.
Key Features:
- A new menu dropdown item has been added under "Help", which is titled 'Help Center'
- Centralized Customer support facing Now Learning knowledge articles and intuitive user interface makes portal visitors happy.
- Searchable knowledge base lets users find support documentation directly from the Now Learning Help Center so that learners can self-help.
You can access the Now Learning Help Center Portal HERE and start searching articles:
- Navigate to Now Learning
- Select 'Help Center'
- Search Knowledge!
