Now Learning - changed format

Hi Colleagues,

I have been doing a few 'On-demand' modules via Now Learning, and loved the way it was designed; it used to pop up a new screen and it had the option to turn on a 'Notes' panel to the side of the video with additional references to the speaker's guidance (see screenshot).

Much to my disappointment, I have discovered that that method SEEMS no longer available; the course now launches a video in the module url.

Has anyone encountered this, and, if so, is there any way this great feature can be reinstated/replicated in the current format?

* PS - I do realize that there is 'Transcript' option, however, that is just written content of the actual video.

@TrishP This could be a recent change done related to the On demand courses, please reach how to now learning support team by raising a case from the Help Center on now learning portal to know if there is any way to enable this feature.
