Now Learning Issue - Missing Achievements

Hi All,

From morning(28th oct 2023) I am not able to see my Learning achievements(Badges, Courses, Credentials) ,also could not see current progressions in now learning portal. It looks like new account, Is there any maintenance issue?

create case from now learning account and wait for reply.

I did not see any maintenance planned for Now Learning. Did you login with the same email account which you logged in to earlier or have you entered with a new one?

 

If you still have an issue, please log in a case from Now Learning and get it clarified. or maybe logout and log in again.

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG 

Yes, I am using same email and credentials, wondering yesterday till 9pm I was able to completed on demand  course and today morning I supposed to take micro certificate exam. However I stuck because of issue.

Also I raised a case in the morning, afternoon I just want to see the status of case, again wonder no cases are there in help center page of now portal.

It seems similar issues have been reported by other community members too

Look like a global issue and better to keep waiting and not panic. Things will be fine soon.
