nowlearning login fails

Hi,
I am taking a course on nowlearning, where I am login in, I have completed the first 2 sessions and that is also reflected in the overview. However, when I try to complete the 3rd session I am asked to login to rustici.nowlearning.service-now.com, and when I try to with my nowlearning login I am not allowed to login. This means that when I complete the course the course is still listed as incomplete, with only 1% completed.
Anyone knows what to do? Thanks.

NowLearning seems to be having some problems.
To get support, send a feedback as is written in the FAQ.

How do I report a bug?
Use the Help menu in Now Learning to log a case for support, report a bug, or request an enhancement. Navigate to “Create a Support Case”,
select “My Profile ” as the Category, and select “Now Learning Feedback” as your subcategory. Please include specific details in the case description.
How do I contact Customer Support?
Login to your Now Learning account at https://nowlearning.service-now.com/lxp, click “Help” at the top of the page, and click “Create a Support Case”.
You can also email nowlearning@servicenow.com. For specific Instructor - Lead Training inquiries, email training@servicenow.com.

I am facing same issue. Raised a support case, but no response so far.
