On-Demand Course progress stuck

Hi All,

For last 3 days, the learning progress keep getting stuck even I had finish the training courses. Does anyone had came across this and share how to resolve it?

The three courses I found having the same problem are:
1. How Do AI Agents Learn and Adapt? (Stuck at 1%)
2. Real-world Uses of AI Agents (Stuck at 1%)
3. AI Control Tower (AICT) Basics (Stuck at 98%)

Hi @jackps 

To fix a stuck on-demand course, try logging out and back in, clearing your browser cache/cookies, or revisiting the last module to ensure all videos and surveys are marked complete.

If still the problem persists, log a case to ServiceNow Learning for manual completion.
