Register and Complete the CSA Exam

Hi everyone,

I’m currently preparing for the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) exam and would really appreciate some advice from those who have recently completed the process.

I’m struggling to find the correct way to register for the exam, and I want to make sure I’m following the right steps. I can only take the exam online (not at a test canter), so any tips or experiences with the online proctored option would be especially helpful.

I am assuming that you have created a Web Assessor account with Kryterion and already linked it with your Now Learning account/profile. On your Kryterion Web Assessor account, it should the list of all Mainline Certifications that you can register and also show 3 options Onsite Proctored [Test Center], Online Proctored [online exam from home or any location of convenience. External Webcam is required for this not the laptop camera] and the last option Event Proctored [for example the recent Knowledge25 event].

I have been trying to use the WebAssessor, but it has issues as the site does not show CSA. It currently shows only one exam. I would attach a screenshot.

@ezechukwua @As shown in the snapshot you attached currently there is a freeze due to the ongoing transition to Yokohama release. You should be able to register once the freeze period is done.
