Reopen a terminated Simulator instance

Dear all,

Is there a way to reopen the terminated simulator instance?

I need to complete my pending tasks in a course I am undertaking and the simulator instance has terminated midway. It is because I could not attend it for some days due to some urgent pending tasks at work. Is there some way to access the instance again? Any help is much appreciated.

HI,

I think you skipped some simulator tasks that why Instance Status Terminated so for this one you need to re-login another browser.

Didn't skip any tasks. Just that I didn't get enough time to complete the whole course being busy in other tasks and came back to see that the simulator is terminated.

Hi, my Simulator has terminated although it is set to be terminated on 08-MAY-2020.

I am currently doing the ServiceNow Fundamentals (On Demand) and worked on it every day. So I had no idle time in the last 2 weeks.

I have passed all lessons from 1-12 and currently doing the Lesson 15:

Additional ServiceNow Fundamentals Content for System Administrators and Developers

Also it was written, that it will be shout down only on 08-MAY-2020.

I have skipped 1 task out of curiosity (15.and solved a task in a future lesson in 15.3.4

I tried to login in a different Browser, but it did not help. It says:
Simulator Status: Completed
Simulator Score: 100%

Can somebody kindly help me on how to re-open my Simulator ?

My own issue is that: i have just started using the on-demand lesson about 2 days ago, and i was able to access the simulator instance (going by the laid down instructions from nowlearning), but now i don't even know the web page where i can start the instance again. It's like everything u need to have ur lesson is scattered everywhere.

Why can't there be a button or link to start the simulator instance anytime i need it on the page am currently learning. I closed my class yesterday night, and this morning i need to go back to study on the platform, but i don't know where i can restart the instance. I've been looking everywhere, and i honestly don't know why life has been made so difficult, not to have a bold button or link that can take me to the instance.
