Request to Reschedule CIS-DF Certification Exam Without Penalty Due to System Crash

Dear Support Team,
I had my CIS-DF certification exam scheduled on 2 July at 10:15 PM. Before the exam, I completed the system check successfully, and everything was working properly.
However, when the proctor joined the session, my system suddenly crashed, and I was unable to continue with the exam. This issue was unexpected and beyond my control.
I kindly request that you allow me to retake or reschedule my exam without any penalty, as I was fully prepared and present for the scheduled exam, but the technical issue prevented me from taking it.
I would sincerely appreciate your understanding and support. Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to your positive response.

1) The best course of action is to raise a case with the Now Learning team at ServiceNow University to understand the reason for the cancellation.

With their assistance, you would be able to proceed further and should be able to reschedule it.
